As to what proportion of 20-min power that is, well that's individual, anywhere from 91%-96% is about right.

I haven't had the chance to climb AdH, only estimate what I could do in peak form. That's unlikely to happen any time soon though!Alex Simmonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00698332397074026424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35788819.post-1940131627017322882015-11-29T09:59:17.684+11:002015-11-29T09:59:17.684+11:00Very interesting Alex. Many people use the 20 minute threshold test on a watt bike. Would you need to get you 60 minute power for your calculations?

56 minutes with a prosthetic leg. Wow! Zabel was 7 minutes faster I believe. Lots of EPO in that peloton, but still pretty humbling.Kevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14706121063073972880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35788819.post-78646015042669339032013-08-09T09:16:19.853+10:002013-08-09T09:16:19.853+10:00I've no idea.I've no idea.Alex Simmonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00698332397074026424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35788819.post-33140439094594713792013-08-09T05:35:00.225+10:002013-08-09T05:35:00.225+10:00I did 53.12 two days ago.
